The San Juan Waterhouse vacation rental has two bedrooms; one with king size bed, the other with a queen size bed. The home has two bathrooms; a full bath with a tub and shower, and a 3/4 bath with a tub. The large, open living area includes kitchen, dining room and living room. We are a no smoking property, and sorry, no pets allowed. Occupancy 4 persons maximum.
Rates below include all fees except cleaning and sales tax.

Cleaning Fee: $350. For two-week rentals it is $400
Security Deposit: Your $500 deposit will be refunded in full if provisions for deposit refund are met.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation we will gladly refund all monies received less a one night handling fee if we are able to re-book the dates you had reserved.
Payments: Please make checks payable to San Juan Waterhouse. Winter and Shoulder season requires payment upon confirmation of booking. During Summer months, down payment of 50% is required at confirmation of booking, with remaining 50% due 30 days prior to check in.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice, and are subject to sales tax.
