The San Juan Waterhouse vacation rental has two bedrooms – one with king size bed, the other with a queen size bed. There are two full baths, one includes a bath tub and shower, and the other has a bath tub. The large, open living area includes kitchen, dining room and living room. We are a no smoking property, and sorry, no pets allowed. Occupancy 4 persons maximum.

June – ($575/night.) Five-night minimum stay.
July – ($675/night.) Seven-night minimum stay.

September 1-21 ($575/night) Five-night minimum stay.
September 22-30 ($470) Five-night minimum stay.
October 1-31 ($470) Five-night minimum stay.
November 1-25 ($425/night) Three-night minimum stay

Cleaning Fee: $295
Security Deposit: Your $500 deposit will be refunded in full if provisions for deposit refund are met.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation we will gladly refund all monies received less a one night handling fee if we are able to re-book the dates you had reserved.
Payments: Please make checks payable to San Juan Waterhouse. Winter and Shoulder season requires payment upon confirmation of booking. During Summer months, down payment of 50% is required at confirmation of booking, with remaining 50% due 30 days prior to check in.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice, and are subject to sales tax.
